NESS Alarm Systems, NESS Wireless Security Systems, Alarm Keypads, Wireless and Wired Alarm Parts
We Supply two models of NESS wired security system kits the D8X and D16X. Both panels have the same functional abilities. The only difference between them is the number of alarm devices that can be connected. The D8X has 8 zones, and the D16X has 16 zones capability. These panels offer strong security for business and homes up to 16 zones. They provide two area partitioning and a home area night arming home invasion protection area. The D8X / D16X provide secure access control solutions up to 3 doors that offer the best value for money. There is a stylish LCD touchscreen keypad available for these kits called the Navigator. An Ethernet serial module is available that interfaces the panels to your home or business broadband router. This communication module enables remote control including arming, disarming, output control and zone status viewing through an Android app called aComms and iPhone app called iComms. These panels have an on PSTN board dialer that allows connection to a security monitoring centre for monitored contact id. This dialer can also be set up for domestic voice self-monitoring. One of the unique things about these panels is the alarm tones received through domestic dialling signals inform of which zone has gone into alarm. Having this function is great as it tells you if different inputs go into alarm and intern if a burglar has walked from one room to another. There is an IP monitoring module that is available for NBN back to base control room monitoring. A GSM /GPRS dialler that can interface with these panels for wireless monitoring.
NESS supplies some unique wireless alarm systems. Firstly the D8X and D16X kits can have the wireless receiver added to them which enables all the wireless devices to connect and function with their specific functionality as described above under NESS wired Kits. NESS also has designed and manufactured an entirely wireless award-winning alarm system called the Security Guard III. This system has an onboard GSM dialler that when configured can enable self-monitoring text messaging of alarms, contact id monitoring by a 24/7 control room and remote two-way voice communication with the Security Guard III. The system only needs power every four months making it perfect for situations where monitored security without electricity over extended periods of time is required. They supply a hybrid budget kit called the ECO8X that offers a wireless receiver with two key fobs and three wired detectors at a particular price. Lastly, they provide the R16 package with a wired all in one kit with a PSTN dialer for contact id monitoring and domestic dialling capabilities. NESS systems also have a wireless keypad available for installation on any of the NESS alarm kits. This code pad is perfect for properties where cabling is impossible. NESS also supply a standalone receiver that can be used to operate things like garage doors in a two-story building where it is impossible to cable between the alarm panel and home automation devices.

NESS supplies some wireless devices that other brands don't. These parts are their wireless keypad, standalone receiver with outputs for home automation control and their outdoor PE beams with PET Immunity. These devices are particularly useful for situations where cabling installation is impossible. Circumstances include two-story buildings, buildings without roof spaces and buildings without wall cavities. The PE beams are unique and will save a lot of money in installation cost due to not having to run underground cabling. The NESS range of parts have good wireless range qualities and will suit the majority of installation situations without installing a wireless repeater. Another factor that makes NESS Wireless attractive is the price; they offer the best priced wireless parts. This aspect can be helpful for two-story properties that require reed switches on downstairs windows and doors. An installation situation requiring lots of wireless reed switches can increase the cost of an alarm system substantially. They also supply two models of PIRs called the LUX range. These detectors do have night lights if enabled and there is a PET immune model for animals up to 18kg. NESS also supplies a wireless smoke detector that is relatively cheap when compared to other brands of smoke detectors.
In this category, you will find hard-wired modules that attach to the D8x and D16x panels. The modules are for access control including prox readers and output expansion boards. This section also holds the Serial Bridge Ethernet adapter for setting up the aComms and iComms alarm control application. If you're looking for wired movement detectors, reed switches, etc., you can find them under the accessories tab here.
